Since my earliest memory at age 3, I have had a deep awareness of the oneness and interconnectedness of the entire universe. The cosmos, Mother Earth, all beings, Nature are interconnected. What affects one affects all. And yet within this universality is diversity. Each creation is unique and individual.

Also within this universality and diversity, are the seasons which the cosmos, earth, nature, and all beings go through in the cycle of development. On earth, these are the seasons of life: Birth, youth, maturity, old age, dying and death.

As humans, we experience this journey through the seasons of our lives in the physical, emotional, mental, relational and spiritual dimensions. In any one or all of these dimensions, we are faced with life’s challenges.
While some aspects of these challenges are universal, the way in which we handle these are very individual and require individual and unique ways to help us find our way through.

I have personally experienced challenges in several areas including: Chronic pain; anxiety; negative self-image; loss; and attempts to find meaning and purpose in life.

Both alternative and traditional approaches have helped me find ways to cope and make positive changes. In my professional life, working with others to make positive changes and find the answers within is a great and humble honor!
